To the oil add in 1 Tbs of curry powder and cook for 1 min. You want to practically boil the curry powder in the oil. we have to cook it to get it to release its flavors.

Add in your stock, 1 cup at a time, while whisking the mixture. If you add it all in at once you will create a clumpy, weird sauce.
-
Once everything become homogeneous, add in you charcoal powder, chicken and veggies. Let this simmer for 20 min. At this time you should begins making rice. ( If you want it darker add in more charcoal, if you want it thicker amake and add in more roux)
